The annual accounts and audit reports of VPI Logística can be consulted at the time they have been sent to the Court of Accounts prior approval by the company’s General Shareholders’ Meeting.
The General State Account and the accounts of the rest of the Public Sector are available on the Transparency Portal of the General State Administration.
As a commercial company subject to the General State Budget Law, VPI Logística annually submits its budget to the Company’s Board of Directors for its incorporation into the general State budget, before being approved by Parliament.
