Contractor profile

Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts, in its article 347.2 establishes that “the contracting profiles of the contracting bodies of all state public sector entities must be hosted on a mandatory basis in the Contracting Platform. Public Sector Contracting, managed and disseminated exclusively through it. A link to their contractor profile located on the Public Sector Contracting Platform will be included on the institutional web pages of these bodies.”
