Next to the Port of Valencia and annexed to the already existing railway terminal, the development of the intermodal and logistics terminal of València Fuente de San Luis is planned. Said terminal, which is part of the trans-European transport network, is considered a basic strategic node for the structuring of the national and regional transport and logistics system and, consequently, will require optimum equipment endowments and the possibility of offering intermodal services. and logistics of the first order.

With this action, the railway will be promoted as a means of transporting goods and the supply of logistics land in Valencia will be expanded, with the development of an area of 168,500m2.
Said area includes a plot of 66,000 square meters for real estate use, whose destination is the creation of a 30,000-square-meter logistics platform that will be offered for rent to interested operators linked to maritime and rail cargo. The promoter of said action will be VPI.
