July 3, 2020: VPI Logistics awards blocks A2, B2, F2 and G2 of the ZAL of the Port of Valencia
The Board of Directors of Valencia Intermodal and Logistics Platform (VPI Logistics) has approved today the award of four blocks or plots of the Logistics Activities Zone (ZAL) to the companies Grupo Raminatrans, QA Pimba, MSC and Medlog Iberia, firms that presented their offers and opted for surface rights to develop their business projects in the facilities of the logistics platform. The awarding of VPI Logistics is conditional on the completion of the works and the receipt of the land preparation by the Valencia City Council.
September 23, 2019: The Contracting Committee opened Envelope B.
In Valencia, on Avda. Muelle del Turia s/n headquarters of VALENCIA PLATAFORMA INTERMODAL Y LOGÍSTICA, S.A. S.M.E. M.P., meet in a public session at 10:30 a.m. on September 23, 2019, the members of the contracting table of the “procedure for the adjudication and constitution of a surface right over the building blocks that were part of the ZAL of the port of Valencia” duly summoned, as well as the bidders in the procedure.
The Secretary of the table proceeds to open Envelope B presented by the admitted bidders.
From the documentation contained in Envelope B, the following financial offers result, which are read aloud for the information of those present:

September 6, 2019: Publication Announcement Opening Envelope B. VPI informs the bidders that the Contracting Committee will proceed to open envelope B of the accepted offers, in a public session on September 23 at 10:30 a.m., at the offices of VPI Logística S.A. S.M.E. M.P. on the first floor of the Valencia Port Authority Building on Avenida Muelle del Turia, S/N.
On July 19, the Contracting Board opened Envelope A.
The admission by the Contracting Board is proposed of:
• RAMINATRANS S.L.
• MSC ESPAÑA S.L.U.
• MEDLOG IBERIA S.L.U.
• QA Y PIMBAHOLDING S.L.
The proposals will be presented at the headquarters of Valencia Intermodal and Logistics Platform, Valencia Port Authority Building, Avenida Muelle del Turia, s/n, 46024 Valencia, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
